# Snappy Email

> Snappy Email is a newsletter and email marketing service for small businesses, freelancers and creators in the European Union, run by Crunchy Bytes. Plans have one contact limit and one send limit, priced monthly in euros. The Free plan needs no credit card and does not expire. Data is stored on servers in the EU. Support: support@crunchy-bytes.com.

## Plans (monthly, euros)

- Free: €0. 100 contacts, 500 sends and 2 campaigns a month; 2 active automations, 5 steps each. No credit card, no expiry.
- Starter: €19.99 VAT included (€16.39 excluding VAT). 10,000 contacts, 15,000 sends and 10 campaigns a month; 10 active automations, 20 steps each.
- Startup: €49.99 VAT included (€40.98 excluding VAT). 30,000 contacts, 100,000 sends and 100 campaigns a month; 50 active automations, 50 steps each.
- Pro: €99 VAT included (€81.15 excluding VAT). 50,000 contacts, 250,000 sends and 500 campaigns a month; 200 active automations, 100 steps each.

Who pays which price:
- Individuals (in the EU and outside it) and Italian businesses pay the VAT-included price.
- EU businesses outside Italy with a valid VAT number (reverse charge) and businesses outside the EU pay the price excluding VAT.
- Individuals resident in the United Kingdom can use the Free plan; paid plans for UK individuals are not available at the moment. UK businesses can subscribe as non-EU businesses.

Monthly billing only, by card. No annual plans, no non-profit discounts, no trial on paid plans (the Free plan is the way to try). Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no refund for the unused part of the month. No automatic overage charges: when you reach a limit, you move to a larger plan to keep sending.

Sending limits: sends a month are one cap that covers campaigns and automations. Email and in-app alert at 80%. At 100% new campaigns stop (upgrade to send more); on paid plans automations continue up to 110%, then pause and new triggers are queued. On renewal or upgrade the queue restarts and drops sends queued for more than 7 days. Free stops at 100%, with no margin. The cap resets at each renewal (Free: at the start of each calendar month); unused sends do not roll over. Per contact: at most 3 automation emails a day, and re-entry into the same automation no sooner than 24 hours.

Chi paga quale prezzo: privati (UE ed extra UE) e aziende italiane pagano il prezzo IVA inclusa; aziende UE fuori dall'Italia con partita IVA valida (reverse charge) e aziende extra UE pagano il prezzo IVA esclusa. I privati residenti nel Regno Unito possono usare il piano Free; al momento non possiamo attivare abbonamenti a pagamento per privati del Regno Unito. Le aziende del Regno Unito si abbonano come aziende extra UE.

Limiti di invio: gli invii al mese sono un solo tetto per campagne e automazioni. Avviso via email e nell'app all'80%. Al 100% le nuove campagne si fermano (per inviare di più serve l'upgrade); sui piani a pagamento le automazioni continuano fino al 110%, poi vanno in pausa e i nuovi trigger restano in coda. Al rinnovo o con l'upgrade la coda riparte, scartando gli invii in coda da più di 7 giorni. Il Free si ferma al 100%, senza margine. Il tetto si azzera a ogni rinnovo (Free: a inizio mese); gli invii non usati non si accumulano. Per contatto: al massimo 3 email di automazione al giorno e rientro nella stessa automazione non prima di 24 ore.
