Snappy Email
Snappy Email vs Mailchimp
Mailchimp charges by contacts and includes many sends per contact, plus more integrations, SMS and branching automations. Snappy Email charges fixed tiers of contacts and sends, at lower prices for the same list sizes, with a narrower feature set focused on newsletters. If your main job is sending a regular newsletter, compare the numbers below.
What it costs at the same list size
Monthly prices with monthly billing, checked on on Mailchimp’s official pages. Snappy Email: euros, excluding VAT for EU businesses outside Italy with a VAT number (reverse charge) and for businesses outside the EU, VAT included for individuals and Italian businesses. Mailchimp: euro estimates published by Mailchimp at the current exchange rate (its official price list is in US dollars), excluding tax. So for EU businesses outside Italy and non-EU businesses this is a net-to-net comparison; for individuals and Italian businesses it isn’t.

Mailchimp is a mature product with many more features: long automation flows with branching, generative AI features, SMS, popups, hundreds of integrations and, on Premium, phone support and dedicated onboarding. Snappy Email today covers the newsletter job: schedulable campaigns with subject-line A/B tests, rule-based audiences, CSV import, templates, welcome automations, open and click reports, and API.
