EU businesses outside Italy with a valid VAT number: price excluding VAT, with VAT under reverse charge. Businesses outside the EU: price excluding VAT. Businesses enter their business details when they buy. Sends per month are one cap for campaigns and automations, with a heads-up at 80%; it resets at every renewal (Free at the start of each month) and doesn’t roll over. Each contact gets at most 3 automation emails a day. Monthly billing, no annual plan. The Free plan needs no credit card.

How to choose a plan
Count your contacts, then check sends. Multiply contacts by how many times you write in a month: automation emails count in the same cap.

One send a month to 10,000 contacts is 10,000 sends: Starter leaves 5,000 sends for automations.

Three sends a month to 30,000 contacts is 90,000 sends: Startup leaves 10,000 sends for automations.

Four sends a month to 50,000 contacts is 200,000 sends: Pro leaves 50,000 sends for automations and extra campaigns.
With fewer than 100 contacts, the Free plan covers up to 500 emails a month, automations included, and 2 campaigns a month, with the core features already included.
What happens when you reach a limit
One monthly send cap, for campaigns and automations. At 80% we let you know; at 100% new campaigns stop, automations keep going up to 110% and then wait in a queue until renewal or an upgrade. On Free everything stops at 100%. No automatic extra charges, and unused sends don’t roll over.
Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Paid plans have no trial. The Free plan costs nothing, never expires and needs no credit card: 100 contacts, 500 sends and 2 campaigns a month, with core features included.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you upgrade from the app.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for; there are no refunds for unused time in the month.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. You get an invoice every month in the customer portal.
I’m an individual: does the price include VAT?
Yes. For individuals, in the EU and outside it, €19.99, €49.99 and €99 a month are the total, VAT included.
I’m an Italian business with a VAT number: what do I pay?
The VAT-inclusive price: €19.99 a month for Starter, €49.99 for Startup and €99 for Pro. Your invoice shows your VAT number: enter your business details when you buy.
I’m an EU business outside Italy, or a business outside the EU: what do I pay?
The price excluding VAT: €16.39 a month for Starter, €40.98 for Startup and €81.15 for Pro; Free stays free. Enter your business details when you buy. If you’re an EU business with a valid VAT number, we don’t charge you VAT: it’s handled under reverse charge, and your VAT number appears on your invoice.
Do you accept customers outside the EU?
Yes. Individuals pay the VAT-inclusive price (€19.99, €49.99 or €99 a month), just as in the EU; businesses pay the price excluding VAT (€16.39, €40.98 or €81.15 a month) and enter their business details when they buy. Individuals resident in the United Kingdom can use the Free plan; at the moment we can’t activate paid subscriptions for UK individuals. UK businesses can subscribe as businesses outside the EU.
What if a payment fails?
There’s a grace period to update your payment method.
What’s different between Free and paid plans?
The contact, send, campaign and automation limits. Core features stay available on Free too.
What happens when I run out of sends for the month?
Each plan has one monthly send cap that covers both campaigns and automations. At 80% we let you know by email and in the app. At 100% new campaigns stop and we offer you an upgrade; automations keep running up to 110%, then pause and new entries wait in a queue. When the plan renews or you upgrade, the queue restarts and skips sends that have waited more than 7 days. On Free everything stops at 100%, with no extra margin. The cap resets at every renewal (on Free, at the start of each month) and unused sends don’t roll over. No automatic extra charges.
Do automations count towards my sends?
Yes, in the same monthly cap as campaigns. Each plan also has a maximum of active automations and of steps per automation: Free 2 and 5, Starter 10 and 20, Startup 50 and 50, Pro 200 and 100. Each contact gets at most 3 automation emails a day and can re-enter the same automation after at least 24 hours.
How many people can use the account?
There’s no limit on workspace members, on any plan.
Do you offer non-profit discounts or annual plans?
Not at the moment.
